Since 1891, Aceto Balsamico del Duca has been dedicated to the production and promotion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A tradition that has been handed down for five generations, closely linked to the territory, which guarantees a unique product, obtained from selected, high-quality cooked grape musts and exclusively Italian wine vinegar. The Balsamic Vinegar is aged in wooden barrels and its quality derives from a special selection of raw materials and the ageing process.
