Activity

Founded in 2005, Panificio Cremona is an Italian manufacturer that is specialized in the production of FROZEN BAKERY FOOD.
OUR main SKILL is to replicate at the industrial level, the kind of bread products normally made by the baker. This means that after years of study, we have been able to replicate artisanal bread, through a production no longer artisanal but industrial, where the product is first cooked and then frozen. Of course, maintaining very high-quality standards means maintaining the product’s artisanal peculiarities. The Italian market has recognized these aspects. Moreover, not having competitors at an industrial level most of our SKUs turn out to be Category Top-Selling Items.

We have 4 production plants:
PLANT 1: TRADITIONAL BAKERY PRODUCTS / 3,400 mq / 36 tons a day Production Capability
PLANT 2: 100% ALLERGENIC FREE / 1,400 mq / 3 tons a day Production Capability
PLANT 3: GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY PRODUCTS / 2,000 mq / 3 tons a day Production Capability
PLANT 4: NEW PLANT / TO BE ACTIVATED / 12,000 mq.

The reference market in which we operate is large-scale distribution: today we are present in 32 large-scale distribution brands in the Italian market but faster growth projects are related to international markets. We have started an important growth in the European market and we are qualified with important national players in the North American market and soon also overseas areas like Australia, Japan, and the Middle East.

Innovation because all our investments in product and production are innovation-oriented. We invest every year in equipment, new types of machinery, and product lines by testing, validating, and improving our performances.

After the first year of sales with Plant 3 products, we decided to patent our dough.
This dough is made without powders but only with fresh/If vegetables with more than 30% on the dough recipes. Both technology and products are very versatile, and this allows an amazing experience of product designing. This is also enhancing the product exclusivity we can assure all our partners.

As a bakery, our main USP is the diversity of the ranges and the diversity of the sales channels.

We have a catalog of more than 200 products available and we serve retailers (shelves and bakery), foodservice/Horeca, and industry. We do also as a strategic channel the air flight caterers.

This diversity is again a result of investments in flexibility we give every single product plenty of packaging solutions that allow the product to reach so many different sales channels.
